Join us for a TR Run and celebration of autumn’s magic, where time-honoured traditions meet vibrant festivities at the Bishops Castle Michaelmas Fair.Traditionally the Michaelmas Fair was at the end of the harvest when farm workers were looking for their next contract and rents had to be paid. After a number of wet years the organisers have brought the event forward to September. Maybe pick up some early Christmas gifts from the charming market stalls and feast on the delicious seasonal treats and listen to the live entertainment, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The Michaelmas Fair promises to delight and inspire. In addition to all the stalls there is a display of vintage and classic vehicles as well as a parade through the town. It will be a relaxed run to the event and then you can do what you want and leave when you want. If you want to join just come along to the meet point, no need to book.

10.30am | Depart Montford Bridge Café and follow organised route to Bishops Castle Michaelmas Fair – https://www.michaelmasfair.org.uk/ |
11.30am | Arrive at Bishops Castle and park in designated event car park. The stalls open at 12 noon and the vintage & classic vehicle parade starts at 2.00pm. |
