Calling notice: TR Register Annual General Meeting 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the TR Owners Club Ltd (TR Register) will be held on Sunday 16th April 2023; 10.30am registration for 11 am start.

Venue: Sky Suite, British Motor Museum, Banbury Road, Gaydon, Lighthorne Heath, Warwick CV35 0BJ.

All Directors nominations and Special Resolutions must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the Annual General Meeting to the TR Register’s office or by email to office@tr-register.co.uk. Deadline midnight on March 16th 2023. 

Any member who is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint one proxy. An online system for registering proxy votes will be provided.

Lunch provision and seating at the TR Register AGM will be via pre-booking only. 

Members are encouraged to register their attendance first via the online form here or by notification in writing to the Registered Office address before 10th April 2023.
