Notice of the Extraordinary Members' Meeting 2025.

The TR Register Car Club's Extraordinary Members' Meeting will be held on Thursday, 15th May 2025, at Great Longstone Village Hall, Church Ln, Great Longstone, Bakewell DE45 1TB. 

This EMM is solely to consider the subscription proposal for 2025, which the members of the TR Register deferred from the AMM on March 16th.

The deferral allowed a greater explanation of the club's finances in 2025 to be shared with all members before a vote. To do this, the Finance Director has recorded a video of his presentation previously presented at that meeting. The video recording can be viewed below.

Note: This is a different meeting from the one held in March, so all members must submit a fresh vote. Voting from the AMM does not count. 

While members are not required to attend, they are welcome to do so if they prefer. However, no further information will be available at the meeting. The meeting will also be conducted via a Zoom link between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. 

YOU DO NOT NEED TO ATTEND EITHER PHYSICALLY OR DIGITALLY TO VOTE.
