​TR Register Insurance remains open during COVID-19

Our insurance manager, Pete Barrett from TR Register Insurance says;

"Like many of you, we are closely monitoring the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and what measures we need to put in place to ensure the wellbeing of you, our clients and colleagues. As such, we have temporarily shut the doors to clients visiting us at the branch in Worcester, but rest assured - we are still open for business.

During this unprecedented time, as some of my colleagues will be away from the office, we would appreciate you contact us to renew your policy as soon as you receive your renewal letter.

This will reduce our call volumes and enable us to continue to provide a top quality service even if we do happen to have limited staff.

In the near future we will be moving to home working, so please do bear with us if the we are busy. We will call you back if none of the team are available when you call."
