John is a seasoned competitors now with 30 years competition experience competing in various TRs and Mallocks. He's won the Revington TR / TR Register Sprint and Hillclimb Championship twice.
He bought his current car, a TR4, in 2016 and has been progressively improving it for competition work.
John, along with son Jonathan, is one of two pairs of father and son combinations both to have one the Championship - the other being Mathew & Ben Short.
